What materials are used in Meister watches?
Every Meister timepiece is crafted using premium materials, including 316L stainless steel, scratch-resistant sapphire or mineral crystals, and high-precision Japanese or Swiss movements.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches feature a water resistance rating of 5ATM to 10ATM. While they can withstand splashes and brief immersion, we recommend avoiding high-pressure water or deep diving to maintain the integrity of the seals.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective plastic films are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer a warranty on your timepieces?
Yes, every Meister watch comes with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and movement issues. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or battery replacements.
Can I adjust the size of my watch band?
Our stainless steel link bracelets can be adjusted by removing links. We recommend visiting a local jeweler for professional sizing, though many customers use a standard link removal tool at home.
